1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 business hours after purchase confirmation.
- Orders placed after 8:00 p.m., on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day. If your order is urgent, please contact us by email to coordinate a priority delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
- Once processed, you will receive a confirmation by email with your order status and, for provincial and international orders, a tracking number.

2. Domestic Shipping (Peru)
Lima Metropolitana
- Cost: Free shipping within Lima Metropolitana
- Delivery method: Trusted external courier
- Estimated delivery time: Within 24 business hours of order confirmation
- Delivery hours: Monday to Saturday, 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Coverage: All districts within Lima Metropolitana and Callao
- For hard-to-reach areas, we will coordinate a nearby delivery point or may apply a small additional charge, communicated in advance.
Rest of Peru (Provinces)
- Cost: Free shipping nationwide
- Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days from purchase
- Coordination: Our team will contact you by email to confirm shipping details

3. International Shipping
- Availability: We ship internationally to selected countries in Latin America and North America. For other destinations, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
- Estimated delivery time: 5 business days via DHL
- Tracking: We will send your DHL tracking number within 24 hours of your order being dispatched
- Taxes and duties: Any import taxes, customs duties, or fees applicable in the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Some countries apply additional charges for products with electronic components — please check your local regulations before ordering.

4. Returns and Exchanges
At CuddleForge, we want you to love your Talking Mario. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here are your options:
4.1 Returns or exchanges within the first 7 days
If your product has a defect or simply does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Valid reasons: Manufacturing defect, or customer dissatisfaction

4.2 Exchanges for defects within the first 30 days
If the product shows any issue during the first 30 days of use, we handle the entire process for you.
- Free pickup: We collect the product from your address at no cost
- Free replacement: The product will be replaced with a new one at no additional charge

4.3 Repairs after 30 days
After the first 30 days, we continue to take care of your Talking Mario. If the product develops an issue, you can send it to us for repair.
- Cost: Repair is free, but shipping to and from our workshop is the customer's responsibility
- Unlimited repairs: You may send your product as many times as needed, provided the issue does not result from intentional misuse or unauthorized modification

5. Tracking and Delays
- Every provincial and international order includes a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.
- If your order is delayed due to external causes (weather, transport issues, customs, or logistical setbacks), we will keep you informed and prioritize resolving the situation.
- Disclaimer: CuddleForge is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure. However, we will do everything possible to assist you and keep you updated at every stage.
